In 2010, David and his wife made Nashville their home, where he graduated from Belmont University.

Community Impact
After graduating, David dedicated himself to the mental health and recovery treatment field. He founded a non-profit, Rally Point Recovery, which provided housing and mentorship to men in early recovery. This effort included Rally House, an urban farm located at the downtown farmers market, helping create a holistic environment for healing.

Transition to Real Estate Sales
In 2019, David shifted his focus to real estate sales, driven by his desire to help others achieve personal and financial growth. His dedication to clients’ success quickly earned him top producer status within his firm for several consecutive years.

David now leads a vibrant team at Hive Nashville, a forward-thinking local real estate firm that specializes in working with both Nashville home owners and real estate investors. In addition to real estate sales, David founded Chella Property Management, named after his wife and daughter. The company offers personalized property management services with a family touch. Chella Property Management specializes in hands-on investment property management, leasing, marketing, and tenant care. With a focus on strong communication, they ensure seamless interactions for both property owners and tenants, making property management stress-free and efficient.
