David Goodman is a Nashville-based real estate agent, investor, and founder of Chella Property Management. His path into real estate began through service—after working in mental health and recovery, David founded Rally Point Recovery, a nonprofit that provided housing and mentorship for men in early recovery. That experience showed him the power of well-managed homes, clear communication, and care for the people living in them.
Today, David brings that same hands-on, human approach to Chella Property Management. Named after his wife and daughter, Chella focuses on helping property owners protect their investments while creating positive, respectful rental experiences for tenants across Nashville.
